...Luxury and Exclusivity at the Palace
The difference between the hotel Red Level Gran Melia Palacio de Isora and the Hotel Gran Melia Palacio de Isora itself is that the first one is more exclusive than the latter, although they are connected to each other. It is more expensive, which is justified by a higher quality of service such as its own pool, Balinese beds, a garden, a Jacuzzi, butler service, a pillow menu, priority in all the restaurants in the hotel, a Nespresso coffee maker, and private parking.
Red Level is designed for over 18s, although there’s a special section designed for families with children, in which they can stay in the Master, Family Suites and the Villa Familiar.
Equally we can attest to the fact that the facilities of the rest of the hotel are just as good, so that whatever your final opinion when you stay in the marvellous ‘palace’ you will enjoy your stay just as much at the Gran Melia Palacio de Isora as at Red Level at Gran Melia Palacio de Isora.
Facilities and Services at Red Level Gran Melia Palacio de Isora

Tenerife Travel Secret
Access to Red Level is easy, any guest could get in, but obviously it is for the exclusive use of its clients. Tenerife Travel Secrets knows the secret of how they detect ‘intruders’ in the facilities, but we have promised not to reveal that secret, one of the few which we cannot share with you. Sorry 🙁
On Thursdays at the Red Level bar they celebrate ‘Moonlight’, so they light red lanterns and torches throughout the gardens looking out to the sea and a saxophonist plays to add to the ambience.
There is free wifi in all the communal areas and bedrooms. Groups can meet in the meeting rooms, where the connection speed can be faster.
Of course, all Red Level guests have free access to all of the facilities and services in the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora Resort, including restaurants, bars and swimming pools.
The two lowest terraces of Dama de Noche are exclusively for adults, and the area on the left of those is only for Red Level guests. It has views of the garden and the lake.
In the bar area of Red Level Gran Melia Palacio de Isora, some beautiful intimate weddings have been celebrated looking out to sea, with capacity for 75 to 80 people. The decorations are always in keeping with the surroundings and the bride and groom are usually welcomed with a spectacular red carpet, which makes them into the protagonists of their event. The seat covers are white and decorated with red bows. Few places on the island will offer such service, comfort and style as the Palacio de Isora. You also know you can count on the services of specialists (Certified Meeting Planner and Meetings Concierge) at all times to organise the event of your lives.

Each of the Red Level villas has a woman’s name, as they are dedicated to the daughters and granddaughters of the president of the Meliá group.
Both the demi suites and the villas have made-to-measure furniture and decorative elements which have been carefully chosen to create a warm environment in ochre, green and olive colours. The floors are neutral colours, which makes these unique spaces even more elegant.
There is a Red Level for families option using the Family Villa, in which they offer various things aimed specifically at entertaining children, as well as a welcome drink, a microwave and a minibar included in the price. The water facilities in the Yhi Spa are also available for the whole family as well as the use of the tennis court. The villa sleeps two adults and one child (over 11).
